This was a small job reinstalling sections of vinyl gutters knocked down by a tree branch. Kirill (Gabriel) was careful to make sure the gutters were well secured again, and thought to clean out the gutters along that side while he was there. When he was delayed due to events beyond his control, he contacted me to alert me that he would be late, and offered to reschedule if I needed. He is pleasant to work with.
