FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
often, the price is formed from the average cost of one hour of a specialist, also, the price depends on the cost of the lead itself (when the specialist pays for the opportunity to negotiate with the client about the performance of the work). during the execution of the work, in rare cases, various situations occur that can affect the final cost both downwards and upwards, as an example, there are cases when the customer may be delayed, most often this is not included in the cost of execution. as an example of a price increase, a late trip to the store can serve if some materials might not be enough
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initially, I collect all the necessary information about the upcoming work in order to prepare for it as well as possible, if necessary, before planting the foundation, to buy the necessary material in advance. Directly when doing the work, having received all the necessary instructions from the client, I try to do the work as efficiently as possible and unnoticeably for the client, without distracting him
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained all my experience doing work on the construction of residential buildings, commercial premises, decoration and repair, everything I do for clients is based on my experience, I cannot and will not offer soy services in what I am not strong for, there must be a professional for every business
