Jian is extremely professional and friendly! He is responsive to messages and even let me reschedule our original appointment, which I appreciated so much. He mounted my TV for me and helped me decide where to put it. He also helped me decide which cable concealers and tv mount to buy on Amazon! He confirmed our appt the night before and arrived on time! I told him he needs to charge more because he is THAT GOOD! Thanks again Jian!
