Levi was excellent to work with and we are so glad we found him. We hired him to upgrade our guest bathroom fixtures among other things that need to be done in the house. He was transparent, fair, and great at communicating. We especially appreciate his attention to detail and emphasis on quality. We look forward to hiring Levi for future projects around the house!

Levi built a deck around my pool. It can out great. He was prompt, clean and affordable. I since then have hired him for other, more important jobs. It's nice to have finally found somebody that I can trust to do a good job and stand behind their work.

As homeowners of a Victorian residence in San Francisco my wife and I recommend Levi and his team for the exterior work they performed prior to another company painting the exterior building. Levi repaired, replaced, or updated numerous exterior aspects of our home including a 4-story chimney box, back staircase, decorative features, wall paneling and siding, wood column, and a double-sash window. He weatherproofed his woodwork. He suggested and installed rain-guard metalwork flashing over windows to prevent seepage. He repaired the corded counterbalances of sash windows. He scouted out wood siding and other pieces to match our own Victorian and also routed some pieces himself to match ours. I believe Levi also would be excellent at interior work if given the opportunity. He was excellent at analyzing situations, proposing practical solutions, explaining why he recommended particular approaches, and specifying remedies that would be long-lasting against the elements. He and his team were punctual, professional, and helpful in this custom repair. He also got the work done in a timely manner so that the painters could proceed to their prep work and utilize the scaffolding efficiently. Overall we felt Levi provided good value for our limited budget.

Levi worked with us on a couple of things with our house: helped remove dry rot, repaint the outside, and fix a significant leak in one of our lower level closets. He was very communicative and straightforward when giving us quotes, and he definitely gave us a fair price compared to other contractors we had spoken to before. The painter he worked with was top notch and he had fair pricing on materials that he needed. We are very happy with the work and would use him again if needed!

Great recommendation from my painter at golden bay painting. I had some rotted wood around my chimney and windows, and Levi left everything revenue, as if nothing was ever wrong. His staff and himself are very professional and made sure all my questions were asked and answered. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I’m glad I took the advice from my painter and hired Levi.
