Zach helped me install a new dishwasher in my old Victorian home, replacing the old dishwasher from the 90s. He also helped me replace the kitchen faucet sink, which was really old and had rusted down nuts.
He did a great job resolving the obstacles and surprises that emerge with working on an old home in San Francisco. He was very knowledgeable, patient and had all the right tools (and was willing to ascertain any new needed tools for the job).
Looking forward to working with the Van Zant team again on my next project.

Zach is a creative problem solver, with a lot of skill. He came to look at my windows a couple of times, and researched the manufacturer. In the end, it was a simple fix for 7 windows that had worn out, but I'd already had two other people look at them, who hadn't been able to follow through. The work was beautifully executed, and completed quickly and affordably. I'll be hiring him again.
