We had a dark brown color wood floor which made our house look very dark. H&T sanded and stained the floor. They came with a 3 man crew and finished the work in 4 hours. The 2nd day they came back to apply a 2nd coat (40 minutes). We are very pleased with the results. Before and after pictures attached.

They did a great job, and it was easy to get a quote, book and communicate with Michael. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job. The wood floors now look like new and we are so happy with the job they did. He and his crew arrived on time, and finished everything on schedule and with care.
