Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We will workout for 30, 45 or 60 min with high intensity circuit training that consists of 3 different parts: Weights, cardio and core repeated 3 times for one hour, 2 times for 45min and one time for 30 min. If preferred we can also work separate muscle groups each time we meet and I will assign you cardio homework, in which case I recommend that we meet at least twice a week. My workouts are creative, fun, and definitely will make you sweat a lot while you also learn about why and how to do the exercises. Training hard and learning how to help one’s body feel better through right form and proper training. The energetic, positive environment of fitness; ND LOVE seeing how motivated my clients get once they start seeing results! You will see progress in a few sessions - depending how far you let me push you and you push yourself. I love the energy and the fun of moving which made study fitness, muscles and sports nutrition to become a fitness instructor.

Wow!!!! I was sweating like I had never worked out before. I was trying to get in shape for a 200 mile bike race in July and Joa was amazing. If you are looking for a no BS workout that cuts right to the chase then this is the one. Fast paced an intense, makes you feel like you actually are accomplishing something each session!!!
