I would not recommend hiring Extreme Solutions. If you don’t want to pay $200 more than market rate for disappointing results, look elsewhere. I hired them for a post-construction deep clean, and what I got was far from the “detailed, professional service” the owner promised. The service was supposed to include cleaning all surfaces, but the technicians skipped major areas. They didn’t wipe dust off the walls with a dry cloth, ignored paint spots on the floor, left stains on the glass, and didn’t bother cleaning drawer edges. They clearly lacked attention to detail and professionalism. When I pointed out issues, they made excuses. One technician said she couldn’t remove a paint splash from the floor with her sponge—and instead of trying a better method or applying more effort, she just gave up. They even left puddles of water on my hardwood floors, which is completely unacceptable. It felt like they were only there to check items off a list, not to actually deliver a clean home. If you care about results, this is not the team for you.
