Their team was able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated. I live in San Francisco where parking can be tricky, but they still arrived right on time. They did a thorough job cleaning every area of my home, and it smells amazing even though my apartment was very hot since my windows are taped shut for building maintenance. Despite the heat, House Shine Cleaning came through and delivered excellent service. They were also very communicative, which I value highly in customer service. I highly recommend them! Will use them again in the future.

The two ladies were very friendly. Scheduling was very easy and they were very responsive in text messaging. They cleaned the standing shower I asked them to focus on really well and got rid of the mold stains. They also proactively cleaned things I didn’t ask for such as inside the microwave. The faucets, sinks and showers were shiny after their work. I recommend doing two things if you were to hire them: - be prepared to use a translating app if you don’t speak Spanish - have a list of things you want done and walk through them when they arrive at your place
