- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$30/Hr I provide and use green products $25/Hr customer provides cleaning supplies of their choice for me to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information prior to arriving at the home. First which rooms have priority for the customer. How many rooms and levels in the home. Ask what kind of floors I'll be working on carpet, hardwood, tile, concrete, stone and vinyl type surfaces. Since all are handled diferently. For instance tile flooring will probably take more time as i tend to clean between tiles with a small brush. Would i clean window and if so do they have mini blinds or drapes or shutters. Mini blinds generally take extra time since there is no easy way to get them clear of dust. I base my quotes on number of rooms giving an hour for each room at $25/hr. Not all rooms will take an hour so of course the fee would be adjusted accordinly and if it ends up taking more time i will make customer aware before i go any further.
