Manny and his crew were exceptional. I now have a clean apartment! He thoroughly dusted my whole apartment, cleaned and disinfected everything, washed my wood floors, even washed the walls. No one's ever taken care to do that before! It's not easy to get an apartment with cats clean and Manny & co were successful in doing that. We set up a regular cleaning schedule at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Manny and his team!

STOP LOOKING for a great cleaner and CONTACT MANNY.
I had the same house cleaner for 8 years until she moved away during COVID. I have been hesitant to try someone new, but my cleaning skills are not on the level of a pro and I definitely needed help.
I finally contacted Manny because I liked the fact that he worked with other members of his family. I didn't want different people coming into my home every time. I want pros who I could trust and depend upon.
Manny set up the initial cleaning within a week, offered a fair price, confirmed the day before and showed up on time with a team of 4 ready to work, including his young mom and a niece.
They did more than I expected and got my place back to a dust-free, clean house to live in and enjoy! I hope to schedule his team every month to keep things this nice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on the the Job. We offer discount for recurring customer. Every other week and weekly. For a more accurate estimate schedule an on-site estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start by doing an on-site estimate for a deep cleaning. Once we fishing with the deep cleaning and you are interesting in going monthly, bi weekly or weekly. We can give you a much cheaper rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have worked in the janitorial and utility industry for many years at USF. I passed the the San feancisco custodian test to be hired as city worker.
Julia beside the many years of experience as House cleaning and Janitor, she has complied the custodian training at CCSF.
