My husband and I started working as housecleaning for another companies, so after an year we decided to start our own business, in 2010. Since then we were studying about the products and improving our knowledge to meet all needs. We grew the business and today we are a team of 6 cleaners. Every day we try our best, as our goal is to leave the client satisfied and happy. We are at your disposal for any further! For move-out, move-in, offices and houses, we will do our best to satisfy you! We are bonded and insured!

Star Cleaning Agency did a very thorough job of deep cleaning and left my place sparkling and tidy. The price is very reasonable and the communication was smooth.

We had a deep cleaning scheduled for our 2x1 house. They were right on time and got busy right away. We haven’t had a house cleaning service in years so you can imagine that after they were done this house, was cleeeaaann!! We had the blinds done as well. The best part was also the time, they were done in 3 hours. Window sills and even the doors were done. We were so impressed at the quality that we’ve decided to schedule them bi-weekly.

After having the same cleaning team for my parents' and my houses for the past 11 years, I was completely lost when our cleaning team abruptly ended service due to COVID concerns. I reached out to Star Cleaning Services and Elisama responded immediately. She worked with me to coordinate a much needed deep clean for our initial cleaning. My concerns in order of priority were: Safety: We have 2 small unvaccinated children and she assured me that her team is fully vaccinated, wears masks and gloves and essentially does all they can to keep their clients and themselves safe. Trust: This is usually built overtime, but I felt comfortable with Elisama from our first exchange and her company’s reviews definitely helped. I left my house unlocked for her team while my husband stayed in his office the entire time. Our home and belongings were found exactly as we left them, but cleaner and more orderly. Cleanliness: This was our first clean with Star Cleaning Services, after over a month since its previous professional cleaning. Elisama’s team did a wonderful job. In addition to standard stuff, they also cleaned our oven, behind furniture, windows, windowsills and tracks, removed items from shelves and wiped them down…we were so happy with Star Cleaning Services, we’ve already scheduled them to deep clean my parents’ house with the plan to have them continue regular service thereafter.

The team showed up on time and went right to work. They cleaned everything I needed done - windows (interior and exterior), tubs, toilets, vacuuming, mopping, shower glass, fridge, etc. I could not be happier!!! Everyone on of my kids tiny finger prints on alllll the things are gone. I am so so grateful for this team and their hard work. Absolutely hiring them again!
