Gather an understanding of the customer's needs and proceed to work together, seeing to it that their desired outcome is achieved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of the 28 years of experience, I am constantly researching new products and taking courses in order to keep up with the times.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is retired from the electrical trade, my brother is an electrician and my son is an electrician! I guess you can say it runs in the blood....
