I didn’t even use this company because of their unprofessionalism. Just messaging on here (Thumbtack) turned into them being rude to me. They quoted a very high price that seemed unreasonable for our small project, so I said no, but thank you anyway. He then asked for my offer. I told them $50/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Albino came back with a counter offer. I was considering it until I asked what was included in their offer. That’s when it went south. They said labor only and that no one works for 2 hours. I was not happy with the way they came back at me and then to top it off, they said GOOD LUCK. I politely said we already found someone else. 😊

Albino’s team (Ulises, Elvis and Bernardo) did an awesome job installing laminate flooring for us throughout our two floor, 2000+ square feet house. They were fast, but didn’t cut any corners. They were also on time, on budget, and very easy to work with. We ended up hiring them for several additional projects. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for flooring or painting!
