We recently had the exterior of our house in Pacifica painted by Mendez Professional Painting. Yunior was prompt, professional and thorough. He gave a detailed quote, including replacement of some rotten trim pieces. He also recommended some high quality paint products that are made to hold up to the coastal weather. He was communicative and responsive throughout the job and came by periodically to review the work of his crew.The painters were also polite, professional, clean and efficient and left the yard and surroundings spotless at the end. The prep and painting work looked high quality. They even cleaned the windows.

After bad experience with contractors in the past, I dreaded having to find a painter.We obtained several exterior paint estimates but ultimately chose to go with Junior. His estimate was slightly higher but he came across as trustworthy. The contract was very detailed which included two coats of primer. After the start of the project, we verbally agreed for them to paint the terracotta shingles for additional cost.Junior informed us of San Francisco restrictions regarding work hours to avoid having the owner and contractor fined.When we asked him to drop off a color book for us to consider color options, he brought over a briefcase of color books unlike what Ive been provided before.The team power-washed, meticulously scraped all loose paint and lined areas to produce clean edges and protect surfaces. They painted the garage portions at a time so the panels are not stuck together and crack when open. Due to the recent cold snap, Juniors team had to start later in the day to ensure that each coat of paint is dry resulting in an extra day of work to finish the project. They left the premises clean every day.Junior was responsive, professional and respectful of our wishes. I highly recommend Junior and his team as the project was completed better than we had expected.

Yunior and his crew did an excellent job of painting one side of the exterior of my house. They used the latest tools and fillers to create a smooth finish on older Eichler siding. Would use them again.

We just had our house painted and it looks great ! The quote was very fair, and we were very happy with the end results. We would recommend without hesitation “Mendez Professional Painting, Inc” and would use them again. The crew was very punctual, efficient and courteous. They took time to protect our windows and properties and even power cleaned the concrete which looks very clean and nice now. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything and put them to one side. Thank you for a job well done.

If youre looking for a painting company that actually sticks to their word, call Mendez Painting. The owner, Junior, is incredibly professional and easy to work with. From the start, he got back to us with the estimate exactly when he promised and followed up on every detail throughout the project.The crew was just as impressivealways on time at 8:00 AM and wrapped up by 4:30 PM. They painted our entire interior and two decks in about 7 or 8 days. They didn't cut any corners; they power-washed and sanded the decks first and patched every single crack and hole in our indoor walls before painting.They were so careful with our belongings, covering everything in plastic and even moving our heavy cabinets to paint behind them. Its rare to find a team this punctual, fast, and detailed. Huge thanks to Junior and his crew for making our home look brand new!
