- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically offer a complimentary 30 min phone intake session to get a sense of what you need. Once we have our initial phone conversation and we decide that we are a match. I offer an initial Ask Me Anything $75 rate to get started. This is payment towards any additional work we do moving forward. Once we scope the project, event, or series of events, we can take the next step: We will focus one area of enhancement in your social media: Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, Ad campaigns, Email Newsletters. This will include 1 hour training session on the phone or Zoom. Face to face session require additionals costs. Normal Hours are M-F 10am-7pm. Weekends and rush jobs are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)I usually gauge where the individual/organization is at technologically by reviewing their social media and online presence. I am usually tasked with launching, repositioning or updating their current digital brand. We talk about what is working and what is not in relation to business and how events and technology can help them reach their vision and their sales goals. 2) I am very sensitive to the clients aptitude and phobias around virtual events/social media/technology. We create a plan to launch their next creative project or virtual event. 3)I help them find the right solution that works for their business to bring effective immediate results for the bottom line. STEP 3:Build your Audience- This is our full service digital marketing plan that will set you on a path to meet your 1-2 year marketing plan. This will give you a big picture viewpoint of your business and all the details needed to hit your targets. A successful business requires an audience. We help you build that platform to where we can message and engage
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and event production. I specialize in operational and organization support by using technology, media and virtual events to build your business. My experience is in creative startups- local business, artists, food, artisans, tech, design.
