- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide Secure shredding service. We two type of Services. 1. Plant-based shredding where we pick up your banker boxes, secure then in a lock container and transport to our secure shredding facility. The 2nd service is Onsite secure shredding (mobile) where we bring our mobile shredding Vehicle to your premise for Shredding, The customer witness the actual destruction of the documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are fully trained and NAID (National Association of Information Destruction ) Certified. In addition all our employees attend to "Shred School" which focus on secure shredding education procedures and implementation to secure customers documents.
