I come from a social justice background where I have a dozen years of experience in hiring and as an effective manager. I now provide leadership, career, and parenting coaching. My clients tend to be changemakers who want to maximize their impact, people who were passionate about their careers but have lost the passion and aren't sure if they need to change jobs or careers. Parents tend to be people who are struggling to figure out this complicated job we have and want to be able to set aside the guilt and expectations, so that they can find clarity on their values and identify strategies that will work for their families.
