- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently offering significant discounts for upfront commitments of four, six, or ten sessions. Customized packages for each individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Effective questioning to identify what the client needs and wants to accomplish. Deciding together actionable steps forward week by week. Checking in mid-week through email, accountability follow-through. Celebrating wins, small and big. Aiming high and focusing on finding out what excites the client and motivates him/her.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently completed a LIfe Coaching training and have been certified by Yandara through the European Alliance Coaching system. Prior to that I had 500 hours of Yoga and Yoga philosophy training and for five years I mentored young women in finding balance and inner strength in their lives. A former pianist and University professor, I have three degrees in music and have taught students one-on-one for many years- during that time I learned a lot about how the brain works and tools to refine, and find balance in any mental task. I also learned the art of active and empathetic listening.
