My education background is Chemical & Biological Engineering, which equips me with analytical tools & processes for driving results. But what really makes me THE coach for women who want to bring their happiness, confidence, & sparkle back is my own journey:
📍In 2011 I ate lunch alone in the bathroom stall so no one would see I didn't have friends.
📍In 2013, I would binge eat before soccer practice & spend the entire practice on the verge of vomiting.
📍In 2015, I was so self conscious about cellulite on my legs that I made sure no one was ever standing behind me.
I've felt small, stuck, and like a victim of my circumstance. I know how it feels. Through my journey of building self-love, self-trust, discipline, healthy habits, confidence, and a thriving mindset, I've COMPLETELY changed my life.
Now, I’ve taken the key tools & strategies I’ve learned, added my personal philosophies✨ & expertise👩🏼🔬, and created a blueprint for women who are ready to find their way back to happiness. I've helped 100's of women step into their personal power to transform their lives using my signature blueprint & strategies.
