- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the proven value my experience and design provides, as well as the high level of care I take with all my clients to ensure a smooth design process. In terms of discounts, I know what it means to have a budget, so I am happy to figure out a price that doesn't break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process can be explained in four easy steps: 1. Introductions/Project Interview (phone or video call) 2. First Draft. 3. Second Phone/Video Call to Review First Draft. 4. Second Draft. 5. Sign-Off - the work is now yours! Although video/phone calls are not required, I always recommend we do so as it makes communication more streamlined. Of course, if email is your preferred method of communication, we can do just that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional design experience stems from my current profession as a Creative Director (2.5 years) for a startup called Quokka Brew Jitterless Coffee. At Quokka, I am in charge of all: graphic design, web design, photography, product design, videography, and branding. In terms of my formal design education, it stems from my undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
