About
I'm completely focused on children's entertainment. I design my show around children's development. Every year I rent a theatre just to do shows for little ones. I've done well over 7000 shows at this point.
I love making people laugh. I love when I look around and I have a 3 year old laughing and an 80 year old, how cool is that?

I was concerned because my crowd ranged from bday boy (turning 4) to 11!!!! He had everyone laughing since he started his show. We had a setup so that parents could also see what he was doing. He was kind of like a Pixar movie, with those punch lines in between that were hilarious. All kids were fully engaged, birthday boy was soooo happy with all the attention, that he became actually annoying, but David had so much patience and handled the situation well. At one point, my boy started crying from some trick and right away he pulled another one and he was laughing his heart out. ALL parents agreed he was great and some want to consider him for their next celebration. He is reasonably price. At the end of his show, he does balloons. I had about 12 kids and he made 2 balloons for each. They would not leave him alone!!! David is funny, spontaneous with many jokes and he has tons, tons of patience. I'm soon glad I hired him!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Boswick enlivened a birthday party we threw recently. He made all the children and adults laugh and kept the kids engaged for more than an hour. His balloontwisting skills are the best I have seen so far! He was genuinely interested in making sure everyone was having fun. He connected with the kids and was sweet enough to stay till the cake was cut and the songs were sung. Seems like a genuinely nice guy. Thank you Boswick for making the party so memorable!
Details: Birthday party • Party host • 11 - 20 guests • 4 - 6 years old • Younger than 4 years old • 7 - 10 years old • Indoors • Simple balloon twisting (e.g., one-balloon dog)

Boswick is FANTASTIC !!! He's funny, kind, patient with children and unbelievably talented with balloons.
People loved him at our preschool party, parents and children alike. We asked him to stay an extra hour and he stayed even longer (to please his young fans).
Boswick has even promised to come back as Ringmaster for our Halloween Party. We're ecstatic!

David was great! The kids had lot of fun and so did the adults. I have never seen anyone who can make such beautiful balloon animals, that was totally unique. He took time to say hello at every table as soon as he entered, that was really nice of him.
Most of our friends already asked how they can book him for their events. Thanks a lot David for entertaining us.

Boswick was very entertaining for kids and adults alike! It was great to see a couple of the tweens showing interest in the show as well. All of the kids went home with more balloon animals than they could carry!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's pretty basic. I charge $250 an hour. Birthday parties run over an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes constantly. Lately I've settled into classes with a theatre company called Fools Fury. This is very complex movement training. I fail a lot but love it.
I also do a lot of improvisational comedy. It makes me very sharp when I perform.
A few times a year I'll take an acting class. Acting is not how I make a living but I like that I can challenge myself as a performer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be a clown from the time I saw Bozo the clown when I was 5. My mother took me to see the show in San Jose.
I always wanted to be a clown. I had the privilege of training at Ringling Brothers Clown college. I've had the privilege of doing this for a very long time.
