My name is Cheri, thank you for clicking on my profile!
A little bit about my me:
I have worked in the makeup industry for over 20 years. I am an expert in artistry and education (I have worked on thousands of faces).
I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best talent and photographers in the industry. I was taught French style makeup artistry; working for two decades with prestige companies such as Chanel, Dior and Armani. I have done Artistry Education for several companies, in-store and in corporate headquarter settings. I have experience in commercial, editorial, stage, brand education, wedding and everyday makeup.
I love the creative process and making people feel and look their best! I came to San Francisco to attend Art School; when I am not painting a face I am painting on a canvas.
My goal is that you feel empowered to take on the day with your best face forward!

I absolutely loved working with Cheri. She was professional and skilled in her makeup. She understood my skin and tones and delivered exactly the look I wanted, an elevated version of myself. She has a very bubbly and warm energy which helped me on both my trial and wedding day. She is very easy to connect with and honestly I am so so happy that I chose her for my special day. She’s very talented and knows what she’s doing. I also got a lot of compliments for my look.

I could not have imagined a better experience for a makeup lesson. Cheri was punctual to the second and two hours with her flew by! She assessed my undertone, face structure etc so quick and everything we worked on felt super personalized and expertly tailored to my face, lifestyle, habits etc. She was happy to work with the few products I had but also gave me a very manageable list of things I could purchase if/when I wanted. I had initially thought to go with a more beginner priced makeup artist but I am so glad I went with Cheri!

Cheri recently came to my house to do a makeup trial for my upcoming August wedding.
I am a mature woman and was looking for a natural look that could hide imperfections and yet make me look beautiful.
I love the results and feel great about my decision to use Cheri for my wedding day.

Working with Cheri was an absolute DREAM, she’s a professional in every sense. Working with her made my wedding so stress-free. Not only is Cheri an incredibly talented makeup artist, she has a sincere & joyful presence that makes everyone feel at ease. She made wedding prep so easy by coordinating/instructing the hair stylist + additional makeup artist and then acted like a quarterback day-of to keep everyone on schedule (8 bridesmaids by 10am). She has an eerie ability to pinpoint the makeup look you’d like to achieve with a few pictures & questions. She’s super knowledgable and knew exactly which products to use on different skin types, tones, & ages. She would even explain why certain products work & make recommendations- I feel like we all got a master class in makeup. My mom, who never wears makeup & was very nervous, is still raving about how relaxed Cheri made her feel. Regarding the longevity of the makeup, I was in my look from 10am until 2am… (photo evidence attached) & nothing moved! Which is crazy bc I have oily skin, so my makeup typically smudges after an hour. Honestly, the only thing I would change if I could do it again is I would get a group photo with Cheri since she was such a bright & important person on my wedding day<3 I feel very lucky to have worked with her!
