Rachel is awesome! She is one of the best massage therapists I have had. She connects with her customers and provides a holistic therapeutic experience. I will highly recommend her! Her new place at Castro rocks as well. Good luck !Feb 5, 2020Verified
Rachel was an amazing massage therapist and one of the best I’ve worked with! Professional, communicative, and super flexible- she massaged three of us at our home and did something unique and personalized for all three. She was friendly, attentive and intentional. So appreciated! Highly recommended. Thank you so much, Rachel!Dec 25, 2019Verified
I came to Rachel for my first professional massage. I was just looking for a nice relaxing massage. She's very pleasant and professional. She made it a very enjoyable experience. I'd definitely go back.Oct 29, 2018Verified
Rachel is a very down to earth soul. amazing therapist. Not a lot of people can put me to sleep during a session, but if they can do that, it usually means they're damn good. She specializes in diff variations of massage techniques, as well energy work and being able to open up those chakras and clear blockages (that's when I fell asleep). I woke up and felt really refreshed as we finished our session, and she was also very polite and considerate! Will be booking her again . And again .Feb 14, 2020Verified
Rachel had a lovely demeanor and vibe and is a very talented massage therapist. I felt like a jellyfish after for the whole day! Marvelous work, will be back :)Nov 28, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I prefer cash but I will accept checks and credit cards. I offer discounts on packages of 5 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your session to fill out a health intake form and to discuss your session goals. For all first-time clients, I recommend taking part in a brief physical assessment so that I can provide the best treatment. If you continue to see me for sessions, the assessments will show your progression as well as areas that can be improved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my 200 hour RYT in Hatha Yoga in Nepal last year. In addition to that, I have completed more than 500 hours of massage training at Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute and 250 hours of Thai yoga massage training at Shivakagomarpaj Thai Massage School in Santa Barbara.
