- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the move details each quote is specified to your moving needs. This gives our customers the most reasonable estimate. We also always provide discounts to our customers! Such as cash payment discounts, new customer discount, among many more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by kindly greeting our customers, and thanking them for inquiring our professional moving services. -We will proceed by asking details about the move. For example; location, size of move, any fragile or heavier items, stairs or elevators, etc. -Next we will provide a quote and ask for desired dates & times. -Lastly we will secure the desired move date for our customer, followed by a confirmation. Giving them peace of mind that they have secured their move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 12 years of experience speaks volumes. We have served the community all over the bay are, having satisfied customers everywhere. All staff is required to complete a two day orientation where they are trained on professional moving skills. Watching training videos.
