- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bring an extra guy all the time. I charge 65an hr for each and live it up to you if you think my work deserves the extra or gratitude. I work with pricing I make sure you are happy and I’m happy. Quality work is my priority first of all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet the costumer break the ice. Then I ask to show me every item that getting wrapped or packed. I let them know is time for them to relax I will take over and handle everything with care. If there’s any change on the pricing I will notify the costumer asap and explain why. Everything is optional For the costumer to have the final say. I want to see them happy when I walk away and the task is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I whent to some college. Only thing this type of work, you have be ready to work you’re tail of. I know math very well. I got trained by a professional mover. I’m use to wrapping furniture with shrink wrap first then a blanket to assure no damages on anything. There is a material fees so you don’t buy extra insurance.
