- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO HIDDEN FEES! The time of the job starts once the truck arrives to the address and stops once all the items are unloaded from the truck. The hourly rate depends on the amount people you get + there is one-time charge of $39 for the truck reservation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll try to figure out how many people you need to complete your move. After that, our customers get a confirmation email and all what's left for them to do is to wait for the moving date. When we'll come, we try to ensure our clients will get the best service possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers have a minimum 5+ years of experience in the moving sphere. We have a very friendly staff, which will try to help you with any request you have.
