My husband and I had used KZ2 Company three years before; when we needed to move items again we immediately thought of them and we are so happy we did so! From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is evident.Both times KZ2 Company completed the move with utmost care and in a time-efficient manner. Nick, the manager of the company asked me detailed questions about the items we were moving and allocated the most time- and cost-efficient solution for your project. We needed to move the items out of storage to two different locations, for each of the locations we had different trucks and different number of movers according to the items that were transported. Also after he designed the number of movers and the type of truck for the two different moves, he made a detailed invoice to make sure we understand what we are paying for and how much. This attentiveness to detail made the entire process smooth and efficient. In addition, the flexibility in scheduling was a game-changer for me. I had a last-minute situation due to a knee injury that forced me to reschedule the move. I reached out to Nick, the manager, at 9 PM, and he was incredibly understanding. He promptly rearranged our next day move for the following week, which relieved so much stress and saved me from injuring my knee even morethank you, Nick!The professionalism of the moving team was outstanding. They arrived on time and were well-prepared with all the necessary equipment for the job. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and careful planning of the move. They use appropriate packing materials, including tapes, plastic wraps, fabric, and cardboard efficiently. 2 movers - $129/149 per hour (cash/card),
3 movers - $169/189 per hour (cash/card),
4 movers - $209/229 per hour (cash/card).
Every consequent mover + $40/hr
⏳ Minimum: 3 hrs for labor, then billed in 15-min increments

📗Double-Drive-Time policy:
California law (CPUC Maximum Rate Tariff 4, Item 36.1) requires moving companies to charge double the actual driving time between the origin and destination of a move. For example, if the team spends 30 minutes driving from your pick-up to drop-off, you will be billed for 1 hour. We don't charge for driving before pick-up or after drop-off.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for additional fees that moving companies charge besides the hourly rate. Do they charge extra for packing materials? Are there additional fees for stairs? All those little things can blow up your bill, giving you quite an unpleasant surprise at the end of your move.
