I had difficulty communicating. One person spoke English, and two spoke only Russian. They were hard workers however and I appreciated that they went the extra mile to suggest and drop off items I wanted to keep at my home. I was moving out of Public Storage. Overall, these guys are good workers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum wage is $369 cash / $384 credit card, this amount includes 3 hours of 2 movers. Also, we provide free of charge: Truck, Gas, Several wardrobe boxes that we take back after, Tape, Shrink and special equipment we need for heavy lifting. If we need more than 3 hours, we charge hourly based on the 15 minutes increment.
