We recently had a leak in our roof which caused mold in our attic. Ivan and his team came out and assessed the issue and remediated the damage and treated every room as well. The price was fair and we didn’t have to evacuate or house for 3 days since the solution they use is eco-friendly. We were back in our house the same day and the air quality in our house feels very fresh. Not to mention him and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to the My Pure Environment team!

We had an urgent need for mold testing in our children's bedroom, and My Pure Environment exceeded our expectations in every way. Although our request was specifically for the children’s room, the inspector went above and beyond by inspecting the entire home , including the bathrooms and the exterior of the building. During the inspection, he performed moisture testing throughout and discovered several hidden issues that were contributing to mold growth — issues that we, as non-professionals, would have never noticed. After the comprehensive inspection, he took the time to clearly explain the findings, including the types of mold identified and their potential sources. Most importantly, he provided a thorough, detailed, and practical action plan for how to address the problems. What impressed us the most was the company’s incredible responsiveness. We made the request in the morning, and they responded and arrived on the same day, which is almost unheard of. The inspection finished after 6 p.m., and yet the air samples were shipped out via FedEx before closing that same evening. Even after the inspection, we had follow-up questions, and every time we called, stuff picked up the phone quickly and answered our concerns with patience and clarity. This is the kind of service that not only solves the problem, but gives you real peace of mind. We are extremely satisfied and grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
