FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by listening carefully to the client's needs and questions, so that we can provide the expected results and a hassle-free experience. Client's have direct access to Todd through cell and email. We discuss the general sequence beforehand. We generally start out with thorough site protection and try to maintain a clean, well organized work space. Billing is generally weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we do employ painters who have vocational training back-grounds and individual certifications, nearly all of our training is done on the job. Lesser skilled workers will start out on simpler tasks and work their way into more skilled positions. All of our employees, at whatever level of skill, are constantly improving their craft. We are EPA certified in safe lead-based paint removal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in college, over 35 years ago, then founded Color Touch Painting in 1994. I enjoy both training and learning from my employees.
