- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The current base price is $175 for a four course seasonal tasting menu. Additional courses or supplemental options are also available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost understanding what sort of experience the client desires and working with them to ensure all their needs and expectations are clear and understood. From there leave the rest to me, I will consult with the client as needed up until the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in top kitchens in San Francisco for over 5 years from the lowest rungs on the ladder to most recently Sous Chef at a Michelin Star restaurant. I have extensive experience in all culinary techniques across many different styles of cuisine as well as sourcing and interacting directly with guests in the restaurant while cooking. If you hire me, this unique experience gives me an evident advantage among my peers.
