If you are in the unenviable position of needing a personal injury lawyer, look no further.
I sought help from the Gilman Law Firm, and Kyle Cohen was assigned my case. Kyle proved to be a tenacious, diligent, and thorough ally in my case against a powerful and very reluctant bay area company, bent on protecting their interests and depriving me of a fair settlement.

Kyle is a great lawyer, and truly cares about his clients. After my accident, I was getting pressured by insurance companies to accept a payout. The whole process was extremely overwhelming. Me and my kids were hurt and our car was damaged. I really didn’t know what to do. Kyle’s calmness and empathy gave me peace of mind that I was in good hands. Kyle didn't actually end up being my attorney as under the circumstances it was not necessary. However, he was a great asset and help to what was needed without requiring any payments. His passion and values are clear and I would recommend him to anyone in need. For me this says a lot as I am not one to write reviews and have high expectations.
