- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a fixed hourly rate with no additional fees. Any organization solutions (e.g., bins, boxes, turntables), that are mutually agreed upon and provided by me, are billed separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a brief introductory phone call to ensure the project is a good mutual fit. On that call, we’ll discuss client objectives, timeline, and budget. I provide an overview of my approach, discuss rates, and answer any questions that arise. I also like to review pictures or video of the space to clearly understand the scope of the project. From there, we arrange a time for the initial session and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering, with a speciality in Human Factors Engineering. I spent my corporate career leading teams of usability specialists to help make products and spaces more efficient, easy to use, and satisfying.
