- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trade Discounts All available trade discounts are passed directly to you with no markup. Billing Structure My hourly rate covers design direction, project management, procurement coordination, and oversight. Outside labor, specialty trades, and materials are billed separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary Virtual Consultation We begin with a Zoom or FaceTime consultation to understand your vision, priorities, timeline, and overall project scope. This initial conversation allows us to define goals, clarify expectations, and determine the scale of work required. 2. On-Site Visit An in-person site visit is billed hourly; drive time is complimentary. During this visit, I assess existing conditions, take measurements, review logistics, and identify any structural or operational considerations that may impact the project. 3. Bid & Presentation You will receive an estimated bid outlining anticipated materials and labor, along with a clear summary of scope and projected costs.
