For clients who want their space cleaned and organized in tandem, I offer the option to include deep cleaning — focused on corners, grooves, vents, and textured surfaces — using natural, nontoxic methods and organic-approved cleaners. As a speed reader, I quickly visually scan and categorize reams of different types of documents. I design systems that make your space tidy and support your routines, ensuring belongings are accessible when needed. My methods are tailored to your goals, like planning shelves based on use. I offer support with online tasks—whether you want guidance or full help. I assist with errands, purchasing both online and in stores, and personal assistance to make your days, life and/or business smoother. Physically and mentally, I am youthful, agile, healthy, strong, easy-going, and open-minded. I balance being quick and thoughtful (so I’m quick unless hesitating to think is more appropriate). Rate is $69/hr — 5 2/3 hour threshold.My billing protocol is to charge only for the total minutes of full-value work I do, rounded down—so clients pay for less total minutes than the actual full-value minutes I worked. As I am strong, customers commonly have me move and brainstorm about placement of heavy or light items as part of my deep cleaning and organizing. Only charge for the first hour if you’re completely satisfied; which is my utmost goal. As a California Native and pro Chauffeur (Class B Passenger endorsed), I’m multi-corporation vetted and highly reputable. My easy-going open-mindness embraces pets (or if children are around, that's also fine) or you relaxing and eating.BTW I don't eat or take breaks while punched in. I just bring water and an energy cold brew coffee/herb concoction in a sealed jar I make.
