I design systems that make your space tidy and support your routines, ensuring belongings are accessible when needed. My methods are tailored to your goals, like planning shelves based on use. I am risk-free because you get to make sure you’re really happy with my work for the first hour before committing to pay, which is to say: it’s first hour Satisfaction money-back guaranteed as you will experience, most important goal is your satisfaction. The rate of $390 pays for me to complete what you need or want for up to 5 hours and 40 minutes of my fastest, most focused work with no charge for break minutes (I seldom take a break, I just bring water and an energy cold brew coffee/herb concoction in a sealed jar I make). I’ll generally work as long as necessary, working as fast as is appropriate and normally I work very fast. (when I’m needed longer than 5/2/3 hours then hourly rate kicks in which is 69 per hour, although if there’s a few more quick things to do at the end of the 5 2/3 hours, I just do it for no additional charge). I usually get things done faster than people expect and when that happens, you’re welcome to keep me busy for the full 5 2/3 hours which includes deep cleaning or moving things or transplanting plants. I offer the option to include deep cleaning — focused on corners, grooves, vents, and textured surfaces — using natural, nontoxic methods and organic-approved cleaners.

Evan was great to work with from the very beginning to the end (although I still plan to hire him again). From the get go he was responsive and punctual, he arrived ready and energetic and enthusiastic to get the job done. He was up for any challenge and trust me, it was a challenge. We had just moved from one house to another and we were combining two homes into one so we had a lot of clutter that needed organizing. He analyzed the area and suggested the best spots to organize our things. He brought me so much relief, I was very overwhelmed with the whole situation and now I feel confident enough to be able to take on the task alone as he setup the standard. He’s very friendly and trustworthy, you won’t be disappointed and I will recommend him to all my friends and definitely hire him again. He really is a jack of all trades, he can even train dogs and organize paperwork or chauffeur you around town. You will not be disappointed.

Evan went far beyond what I anticipated he would do!! He went through my huge storage unit working so thoughtfully and quickly and did everything perfectly. He got me packed and took a ton of things away for donation. Not only is he greatly detail oriented but also super strong, resourceful and had awesome solutions. What stamina, energy! Professionalism! His Thumbtack profile set very high expectations for this kind of organizing and packing, and he fully lived up to those expectations! He got 5 times more done than someone else I worked w/ previously from craigslist. I can't wait to have Evan do much more. This includes organization of tools and other elements in the work process that make it easier to find, setup, use and clean up afterwards. This works hand in hand with the product ordering process which helps maintain a system where things can be relied on to timely end up in their proper locations. His knowledge of computers including the use of Excel helps with the organization of systems and ideas. His use of AI as well as his creative ability to “think outside the box” often helps come up with unique solutions for dealing with problems and situations.
