Evan Richards has shown an ability to improve organization of a warehouse.
He has implemented systems that improve workers workflow and pride in work.
This includes organization of tools and other elements in the work process that make
it easier to find, setup, use and clean up afterwards. This works hand in hand with the
product ordering process which helps maintain a system where things can be relied on to
timely end up in their proper locations.
His knowledge of computers including the use of Excel helps with the organization of systems and
ideas. His use of AI as well as his creative ability to “think outside the box” often helps come up with
unique solutions for dealing with problems and situations. He tends to find answers that are not usually
obvious or apparent to others
