Karen is one of the best pros I have hired via thumbtack.
I had hired her to help pack my kitchen which was in a disarray of sorts before my move. Very prompt it replying. Her prebooking site was secure and it set up the appointment with minimal effort.
She arrived on time, very courteous, very professional and did not waste any time chitchatting and talking about random things. I cannot begin to say how much it helped with my move anxiety. She values her time and valued my time as well. She was fast but still careful, packed efficiently to fit my kitchen into 4 boxes (which I would have never thought possible)
We worked together in sync (more like I was telling her what is to be packed as what is to be disposed of) and the packing was done perfectly. None of the items were damaged in the move and I will definitely recommend her for anyone else who needs help in organizing/packing/unpacking.
10/10. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who has a lot of stuff to pack and needs help
Working with Karen has been an absolute game changer for my home and my peace of mind. She has helped me reorganize so many areas, from my back porch to four closets, my entire wardrobe, and now we're tackling the garage.
What I love most about Karen is that she is incredibly supportive, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. She makes you feel safe and seen, no matter how big or messy the project might feel to you.
Karen has a truly lovely mind for space, she sees possibilities where I saw only piles and chaos. She handles clutter and mess with such grace and calm, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys the challenge. That positive energy is really contagious.
Beyond her amazing organizing skills, she is trustworthy and dependable, which made it so much easier to let go and trust the process. I have already referred her to a friend and my sister wants her help too after they saw how she helped transform my space.

It was tough to find time to unpack amidst a move and wedding planning. Karen was great! She listened to what we wanted to accomplish, took time to check in, and made us feel safe with her "all up in our biz (stuff). We liked herso much we ended up hiring her for additional days that same week!
