Please be ready to book services! Thank you so much. ABOUT THE MODEL HOME The Model Home is a full-service professional organizing company. We organize everything from Closets, Garages, Offices, etc. You name it, we can organize it! In addition to the average organizing task, The Model Home specializes in chronic disorganization and hoarding. The Model Home can also unpack and set up homes and provide space planning. We have worked with professional athletes, political figures, celebrities and everyone in between! We have also worked with many families that are in process of moving or selling their homes. The Model Home creates a relaxing and judgment-free zone! We have been featured in several magazines including People Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, House Beautiful, Womens Health Magazine and more! RATES Hourly Rates are: 1 Organizer - $110/hr 2 Organizers- $200/hr 3 Organizers- $290/hr We have a 6 hour minimum on all organizing sessions- *per organizer* ! So if you would like 2 organizers, you would book both team members for 6 hours each at a minimum - example- 8am-2pm not 9am-12pm because it totals 6. We offer a NON NEGOTIABLE hourly rate for all jobs. How long a job takes will depend on the individual circumstances of each job. TEAM PROJECTS We have a team of organizers. If you would like to book multiple organizers to get a project completed quicker, we can certainly accommodate this! ESTIMATES/CONSULTATIONS It is very difficult to give an estimate on home organization/decluttering projects. This is because the time will vary based on the time needed for decision-making during the "purge" portion of the project. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to give an exact estimate of how long it may take a client to part with items. We do NOT give quotes. Once we start working with a client, we will be able to give a better idea of the length of time. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. In regards to consultations, we like to review photos and videos of the space in preparation for your job. This allows us to go over everything as a team! DEPOSIT FEE To book/secure your initial appointment date, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will go towards your appointment(deducted from your appointment total). If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours! FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due right after service day has been completed. We will send an invoice via ***** and payment should be completed through the portal(******,*****,or *****). Thank you!

Amazing. Simply amazing. The team of 4 arrived on time and ready to work. We recently moved, and the team not only unpacked our many boxes, but they organized the home in a way that is sustainable and neat. Everything has a place, and I love the job they did. I enjoyed working with Joy, Eryn, and Jen (in this order and teams of twos). They organized a couple of rooms in my home and far exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to working with them again in the not too distant future as my house is still a work in progress. The Model Home is a fantastic company, and I highly recommend them. Kudos!

This was the best money I've spent on my house. It was just as necessary as any other household repair in my opinion. I was squeezed in on short notice and the organizers were patient with me and never made me feel like I needed.to throw a single thing away. The presence alone helped me do that. Then when they organized and put things back in their place, it felt like a brand new house. I'd recommend getting an organizer 2x a year, so they are DEFINITELY coming back to my place. The one hiccup was I ended up needing an organizer team for 2 days but it wasn't wasn't same duo. I would have preferred it be the same two but I was at least lucky that one came back so she knew where we had left off. Mind you this also was probably my fault since I wanted these services sooo last minute. ultimately both duos were excellent.

If you're wondering whether a professional organizer is worth the investment, The Model Home will make you a believer. Finding something in our kitchen felt like a scavenger hunt every day. The 3-person team who arrived at my home on a Saturday morning were on a mission. They were collaborative and wanted to know what worked best for our family rather than stacking cans or plates to optimize space. They did the latter, too, but it was smart hacks and ideas to make sure things had a place and that it made SENSE. Bringing method to our madness has given me a sense of relief and peace. As a toddler mom, this in and of itself is a huge benefit. Many home organizers are great at what they do but the owner of this company, Eryn, is personally invested that each and every customer is satisfied and it shows.
