Introduction: To help you achieve your unique goals, I create customized fitness plans that combine my years of professional experience in personal training, professional boxing and yoga. I’m happy to train you remotely or in person, in an outdoor or well ventilated indoor spot, while following guidelines put forth by the CDC. Lets get started! Our world has changed very dramatically over the last few months. These changes we are experiencing can be stressful and can negatively impact our overall health and wellbeing. I’m here to help relieve some of that stress and to help you maintain and attain your best self. Research shows that physical activity can play a big role in your mood, health, in feelings of wellbeing and in having a sense of control over your life. Let me use my professional skills to help you achieve this. I’m a former professional boxer, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, a functional training specialist, and am also trained in yogic techniques. I will borrow from all three of my areas of expertise when I design a customized fitness plan for you. Over the last 7 years I have had the pleasure of helping people with different goals. I am now accepting new clients who are serious about their personal fitness goals, including but not limited to: *decreasing body fat, *improving cardio-respiratory endurance, *in maintaining health and wellbeing through boxing fitness, *Functional training. *Optimal joint mobility training. *Body Posture correction. *Basic yoga I have experience training individuals of all fitness levels, and all ages. Children, teens, adults and seniors are welcome. I am happy to host personal training as well as group fitness classes. I can train you in a well ventilated space in your home, your backyard or other outdoor settings, including some of our beautiful local parks while observing official guidelines during Covid-19 pandemic. I also train remotely. I carry all necessary equipments those are required to achieve your fitness goals safely.

Personal Training

I had a few classes with Sunil after potato-ing all throughout COVID. I missed boxing a lot so I was excited to get back into it. I always leave each class super sore and pumped for the next one. Each class had a great mix of warm ups, boxing, core exercises, and stretching. I’ve definitely gotten stronger after just a few classes. I highly recommend Sunil!

Great morning work out. I enjoy the stretch’s and simple yet effective techniques he implementes in your everyday work out. No work out day is the same, there’s always new workouts to do which is exiting. He also come prepared with equipment for you to use so that’s an A+.

I was slipping in keeping up with my personal fitness during the pandemic and so came on Thumbtack for the first time to find personal training. It was my first experience working out with a professional and Sunil was wonderful! It was very easy to schedule to meet, talk through my needs and then meet 2x/week to do exercises. I really enjoyed boxing and his first-principles approach to building my strength, and I am now in the greatest shape of my life! He was also very professional and flexible with my scheduling needs. Lastly he is also a wonderful cheerleader and always encouraged me to push on without making me feel bad. Highly recommend!
