Our world has changed very dramatically over the last few years. These changes we are experiencing can be stressful and can negatively impact our overall health and wellbeing.
I’m here to help relieve some of that stress and to help you maintain and attain your best self. Research shows that physical activity can play a big role in your mood, health, in feelings of wellbeing and in having a sense of control over your life.
Let me use my professional skills to help you achieve this. I’m a former professional boxer, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, a functional training specialist, sports performance specialist and am also trained in yogic techniques. I will borrow from all three of my areas of expertise when I design a customized fitness plan for you.

I have experience training individuals of all fitness levels, and all ages. Children, teens, adults and seniors are welcome. I am happy to host personal training as well as group fitness classes.
I can train you in a well ventilated space in your home, your backyard or other outdoor settings, including some of our beautiful local parks.
I charge $95/ session for Individual and $125/ session for pair or couple. There is 10% discount if you purchase 20 sessions package.
I carry all the necessary equipment required to achieve your fitness goals safely.
