Athletic event or competition,
I have been training with custom fit studio for a few months. I enjoyed with my personal trainer and have gained more muscles and got more fit.Feb 7, 2019Verified
My first few sessions with Custom Fit have been awesome. I had a great first consultation where I got to develop my fitness goals while learning more about how to maximize my experience with a personal trainer. I’m now in full swing and really enjoying the sessions and how I feel afterwards. Looking forward to keeping this up weekly and seeing the results!Jul 21, 2018Verified
I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.Nov 23, 2017Verified
I've never seen a studio or gym this nice and well kept. It has top notch amenities(shower, towels, air conditioning in SF!) and staff. I've been training here for some time (3 months) and have seen great results, especially my balance.. Evan works with a great staff and Scott (my trainer) has designed a very effective workout program to address my right side\leg which is weaker than the left from breaking my femur. Great experience, would definitely reccomend for personal training!!!Apr 26, 2017Verified
Walked through with me about training plan and nutrition plan in detail! Very responsible personal trainer!Oct 6, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For new clients interested in personal training it's very important we can accurately deduce any injuries, limitations, goals, nutrition, etc. This is why we offer a two-part intro offer of two sessions. The first session let's us talk through your goals, injuries, nutrition or anything else. This also give us a chance to do several movements to help determine some common imbalances that some people have. However, we can only find out so much about your body from doing simple movement tests, which is part of the reason why we do a second session. The second session will be a real workout that not only gives you a chance to experience the facility and training style, but also give us a chance to get a second opinion and see how you move. You might have a strong left oblique than right oblique, which we'll never know about unless we see you move. For us, the goal of these two sessions is to get you to the best starting place possible so we can make sure you're balanced and ready to build off a solid foundation.
