Spencer is a fabulous trainer. I'd initially been apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer because I had no idea what that experience would be like, but that anxiety instantly dissipates once you meet Spencer. He is extremely approachable and an all-around nice guy. As a trainer, he is high energy, encouraging, and sometimes very silly (in a way that makes training fun). "Choke out that barbell like it owes you money!" and "The motion you want is as if you're pulling out a ninja sword from its sheath!" are just two of the myriad things you might hear when you train with him. I really appreciate his flexibility, as well. As a lawyer, I have a crazy schedule, but Spencer makes time on the weekends to see me and is accommodating when I need to make last minute changes. Even during COVID times, we've been able to train outside, socially distanced, with masks and sanitizer and all that good stuff. I've had six sessions with him and already see results in terms of strength, weight loss, and confidence. This has been a fantastic personal investment for me, and I cannot recommend Spencer highly enough.Sep 19, 2020

Spencer was always reachable by phone if I had any questions. He would recommend workouts I should do on my own to stay loose and conditioned; he made sure I wasn't slacking! His workouts are fast paced and never boring. Loved training outside too!Sep 14, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do a free 1 hour starter session to demo the options of training I offer and to answer any question you may have! My training sessions can last up to 90 minutes as needed, I am not strict on the hour if you would like extra time per session. A private session starts at $100 an hour but packages can be purchased at a discount: 10 sessions for $750 ($15 discount) 20 sessions for $1500 30 sessions $2250 40 sessions for $3000 Larger packages can be discussed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a free hour to discuss the program and the clients goals, questions or concerns. After that we set out the game plan and get to work! The program is extremely flexible and can always be changed based on the clients needs.
