Omar is the best trainer I’ve ever had. We’ve been training together for almost 3 years now. I first started training with him so I could look good in my wedding dress and he delivered on his promise to whip me into shape (in eight months). He keeps the programming fresh, challenging, and fun while making sure I have a full body workout. The exercises are tailored to my fitness goals and there are some circuits I can do by myself too. Even during the COVID pandemic, when we couldn’t train in person, we trained virtually with my home equipment and I am continuing to make strength and fitness gains with him.
