All it takes is the desire to work hard, consistency and great technique. I love what I do and it speaks through my training. I've worked with several personal trainers in the past (four, to be exact), but I've been training with Omar since 2021, and he’s by far the best. His knowledge is extensive, whether it’s about nutrition, calories, or workouts—you can ask him anything. What sets him apart is his ability to meet you halfway and really tailor the training to your goals. I had a shoulder injury before starting with him, and his rehab support was incredible. We dedicated 15 minutes of each session to rehabilitating my shoulder, and now I’m stronger and leaner than ever, reducing my body fat from 34% to 21%. As a 5'3" woman, I feel like Omar's sessions not only pushed me to excel but were also enjoyable and manageable. I absolutely love training with him and highly recommend it!
He’s also extremely professional, respects boundaries, and takes feedback seriously without getting defensive.

Omar is an incredible trainer with a passion for fitness! He helped me reach my fitness goals - grow mass, perfect my form, stay consistent. He tracks every workout and comes up with a plan before each session. His attention to detail is top notch, which also transfers to his super clean workout space. You can tell his gym is his baby - he's always finding ways to upgrade equipment in order to fine-tune movements, increases weights (1/2 pound increments?!), and add to the hundreds of exercises. On top of that, he's a great guy with wide music taste, a wealth of sports knowledge, and zero judgement. You won't find a better trainer!

Not sure where to start. Doing several months of Personal training with Omar I learned so much more than I truly thought I was gonna get from it. I was able to truly learn what muscles I should be feeling for each work out I was doing. Before I just did the work outs not truly understanding which muscles should be activated. I was able to learn correct posture in each work out and realized my posture had been wrong pretty much all the years I worked out. Changing up my posture activated those correct muscles I should have been using. He personalized each work out. Kelp a tedious notebook of each work out that he utilized for my next work out. Each work out even when I hated life he was able to push me. He kelp me challenged and I looked forward to each work out. Perks is everything is in his home so it’s truly a 1:1 workout and has a parking spot open to use so I never had to find parking.

Omar is dedicated, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.
He is the best trainer (or teacher) I've ever had.
In 7 months:
- I've lost over 50lbs
- Gone from trouble with stairs to doing squats and deadlifts.
- Doing Turkish get-ups when before I had trouble reaching down for the remote under the sofa.
You want Omar in your corner!
One note. Be prepared to work out hard. He will always be pushing you to your limit.

Working with Omar has been a pleasure. The initial ask was to have him help me with sciatic pain as well as an old knee surgery and that has been going really well. He is helping me with other areas of fitness as I improve. I appreciate the fact that he pushes me without overdoing it. His attention to form has been really useful to get the most out of any movement and to prepare my whole body for multiple needs. And he is very encouraging and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him.
