- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a half-price introductory session. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations, while giving you a feel for my coaching style. If we’re a good fit, I’ll build you a personalized training and nutrition plan tailored specifically to your goals. Together, we’ll establish the habits and systems that lead to long-term success—not quick fixes. From there, we’ll train consistently, track your progress, adjust your program as you improve, and stay connected through ongoing text support between sessions. My goal isn’t simply to coach you for an hour each week—it’s to become a trusted partner in your progress. I’ll celebrate your wins, help you overcome setbacks, and keep you accountable every step of the way. No one is perfect. Progress comes from showing up consistently, learning from setbacks, getting back on the horse and making small improvements that compound over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over 20 years studying strength, conditioning, nutrition, and Muay Thai—not just in classrooms, but by living it. I’m an 11-0 Muay Thai fighter and 4-time National Champion, and I’ve spent extensive time training in Thailand, where I learned from some of the sport’s best coaches. I’ve also trained in England, Australia the United States under world-class instructors, giving me experience across multiple coaching styles. Beyond my own competition experience, I’ve coached complete beginners, busy professionals, and competitive fighters to achieve everything from losing 60+ lbs to stepping into the ring for their first fight. I believe the best coaches never stop learning. I continue to train, compete, study performance, recovery, mobility, and nutrition so my clients benefit from the latest knowledge as well as real-world experience.
