Fitness has been a big part of my life since I was 16 years old. I have trained family and friends since I was 18 years old. Love what I do, love getting my clients results and helping them make fitness and health an important part of their lives. I like that I can make a difference in someone else's life. I can help them feel better about themselves, whether it is gaining more strength, lose weight, feel more energetic, more mobile and etc. This makes me feel good at the end of the day and inspires me even more to continue doing what I already love doing. :)

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first speak via phone or meet in person (even better) where a potential client and I get to meet each other. We discuss his/her fitness goals and clarify the plan of action to arrive to these goals. Then we schedule a first session (regular length) which is comprised of getting aquainted with the fitness space where we will be training, a fitness assessment and the first short workout. After this we schedule the first personal training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I always educate myself, research, attend conventions, and such because I really enjoy learning! Right now I am taking a great college nutrition class. I just attended a fitness conference that I go to every year! I got certified to teach kettlebell traing there as well as behavioral/lifestyle modification coaching. I took many great classes on nutrition, functional movement, medicine ball training, and weight loss. I plan on getting TRX certified in the beginning of May. I currently am also a personal trainer at a great company here in SF.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It started with my own background in dance and fitness. I helped a few of my family members and friends to get in better shape and it made me feel good to see them achieve their fitness goals. There I knew that I was doing what I really enjoy! :)
