- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set pricing for each device, but then I have to factor in the cost to travel to you to do the repair. If it's a long distance or involves tolls, unfortunately I have to charge more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, every time a new phone comes out I have to figure out how to take it apart and repair it. Each one has some similarities but they're all pretty different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted a side business that was technically challenging and provided a real service to people.
