- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most basic package is The Essentials -- 3 hours for $900-- this includes unlimited prints onsite, online gallery within 24 hours, assorted props, backdrop, attendant, and custom designs on your photo prints. The next package over is The Works -- 4 hours for $1,500 -- this includes everything from the Essentials in addition to the 4x6 size print upgrade, Email Feature, and GIF feature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a client to discuss their goals, I send them a brochure of our services to select from. Once their package is customized, we send over a contract and invoice for 50% for the deposit. Now that the booking has been confirmed, we can begin designing multiple photo template designs for their review and work with the client in perfecting it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been into photography ever since I was 12 and have professionally been working in the photo booth industry since 2015. When I'm not doing photo booth events, you'll most likely find me shooting portraits, engagements, weddings, events, and products.
