- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer's needs, scheduling a time that works best, and making sure they feel comfortable and confident before we begin. From there, we build consistency and progress step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a professional swimmer from age 3 to 17, then transitioned into coaching with my home team from 17 to 21. That hands-on experience—both in the water and on deck—gave me a deep understanding of technique, training, and how to adapt to every swimmer’s needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a competitive swimmer at a very young age, and over time, I naturally transitioned into coaching with my home team. I realized how much I loved helping others learn and grow in the water—it’s been a passion ever since.
