I can't emphasize enough how positively impressed I am with Eva and Bay Portfolios. I reside in Singapore, and when my parents suddenly passed away, I found myself having to step in and manage the family business. Real estate was never my area of interest, and I had limited knowledge about our tenants, which made the situation overwhelming. For anyone who owns property in Alameda County, the frustrations caused by tenant-friendly laws are all too familiar. Landlords often feel unfairly penalized and constrained when communicating with tenants, as even simple interactions can be interpreted as harassment. This is where Eva truly excelled. She took care of every aspect. Problematic tenants were successfully removed, all tenants are now consistently paying rent, maintenance issues were promptly resolved, and all city requirements were meticulously managed. Perhaps most importantly, Eva expertly documented every step of the process, making information easily accessible. Her dedication is unwavering, and she perseveres until tasks are completed. In a nutshell, Eva is the epitome of professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness. I wholeheartedly recommend her services without reservation.

Bay Portfolios are professional property managers. As an out of state owner, I feel comfortable knowing my property is in good hands. They only do in-person tours, fast response and truly 24/7. They take care of everything and their attention to detail is phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgable about San Francisco laws and the rent board. With Bay Portfolios, I talk to the same person 24/7. They found me great tenants, their rates are affordable and we are now working together for my new 4 unit development. Highly recommend
