I wish I had enough words in my vocabulary to express how Kris Rockwell was the perfect real estate professional to sell my sisters house. Kris is truly exceptional and went above and beyond her duties as a listing agent. Kris took care of the whole process since I live in another state and could not be on the property all the time. She hired painters, hardwood floor refinishers and any other skilled expert needed to improve and polish the house for selling. Kris sold my sisters furniture, hauled away excess household goods, and made donations to various organizations that we could not get to before we had to leave and return home. She had the means to solve any stumbling block that came up and needed to be done to prepare the house ready for the market. Kris is honest, courteous and respectful to other realtors and was always accessible to answer questions or provided needed documents to prospective buyers. Kris held multiple open house days so potential buyers could view the property at their convenience. Kris never tired to do whatever was needed to achieve a good result for us and to find the perfect buyers who loved my sisters house. Above all Kris knew the Real Estate Market and what was needed to sell my sister's house. I wish Kris lived in my state as I would use Kris for any future real estate transaction.
